Overview
Kim Young-mi's expedition marks the fourth solo inland crossing of Antarctica and the first by an Asian. For 70 days, she ate, slept, and walked in total isolation. Yet she says nothing is accomplished alone, crediting others' prayers and encouragement with carrying her across 1,786 km. The film captures an expedition more than a decade in the making, and reflects on the courage to take a single step.
